Turned 23. Persona 3 <3

Currently I am totally hooked on Persona 3.

It's a very bad time to get hooked on a game, and yet I went & got it while I was inquiring about PSP price (yesh, I've decided to get a PSP for sure).

I didn't know chasing girls are so interesting & amusing ^o^ As well as hanging out with different acquaintances you get to meet throughout the game to improve your Social Link.

The English seiyuu's are not bad, except for that young boy whom the hero encounters from time to time (I'm still early in the game, so I don't & wouldn't wanna know any spoilers) I love Junpei's voice the best. Suits his clowny character well XD

Gameplay wise, I don't like the fact that I can't fully control other party members. Sometimes they does something silly =3= Though I find that 'gun suicidal' summoning move unique, but it might deliver a negative idea to young/immature players ^^; It's cool though. Rather than reaching up the hand & plainly yelling "Persona~"..
& each of them has their own style/direction of shooting their head if I'm not mistaken (though Hero & Junpei's looks like the same).

Dedicated specifically to the former Faculty of Creative Arts & Design department, since most of them left and the new management that took over who knows NOTHING as they'd lost the old student records.

Yes. A staff actually told me that around February this year while she was requesting our past USQ payment slips in order to checkout any outstanding fees.

I was supposed to be receiving USQ's Bachelor in Multimedia Studies qualification instead of Mass Communication. Thanks to a whole lot of management errors within the local department, regarding our fees, our enrolments, resource deliveries, lack of official USQ statements/letters, staffs leaving, crappy lecturers, bla bla blibity blabity blahh... After almost a year since I've appealed regarding my major, it all still came back to the SAME fruitless outcome.

(1) I didn't want to change my major dammit! I want to know WHY did I graduate in the major that I've not even complete some course in it?! Can't they just friggin' EXPLAIN or at least counter my appeal with an appropriate explanation about the courses that I've taken & its pathway rather than keep forwarding the "appeal to change major" shit to USQ.

(2) And so I got an e-mail couple days ago forwarded by a SEGi staff which: USQ thought that this student is being irresponsible for not appealing earlier before she graduate & that it's highly impossible to change major at this point of time. SCREW YOU! I've been questioning about this with SEGi long before I'd even sit for the finals last year! The reason why I'm going through SEGi it's because SEGi is an agent for USQ's Distance Ed. program & they're responsible in managing our enrollment!

Till now I still don't understand how did I end up with this Mass Communication cert when I haven't even took up some of its required course o_O (be it Journalism, Media Studies, PR, etc.)....;;; It's pathetic OTL
One thing's lucky is that companies don't hire people solely by what cert he/she owns in this creative industry.

More new artbooks!

Went down KL for a Japanese buffet lunch with colleagues & ex-colleagues at Saisaki er.. I forgot @_@; I only managed to go 2 rounds.. *shame & FEELING VERY POOR* OTL The food, lotsa variety, but not really to my liking - the fried ones were a little soft.. though I didn't get to try the rest of the food there anyway... *POOR*...
It's also been awhile since I took LRT -> Monorail around KL. It's.... something I'd only willing to do once in a blue moon (crowded, hot & stickiness, tired, long journey) +_+

We head to TimeSquare after lunch, visiting every figurine shop we could find. Eventually I ended up getting these 4 (notoriginal) artbooks from Animetech ^^;
From left-right:

(4) Fabrica Theologiae - Trinity Blood Artbook

And so I became even poorerER. But it's a good bargain considering it's less than RM200 for these FOUR ARTBOOKS; which 2 of it I've been longing to own but couldn't afford the original price =w=


The 2 books of Shen Shen Chuan Shuo (I dunno its meaning, don't ask!) were highly unexpected though; it's all very much thanks to Lynling for pointing to me the artbook corner (if she hadn't tell me, I wouldn't have found these 4 yummy books!!) T__T <3 Shen Shen Chuan Shuo are illustrative books of the Saints from Saint Seiya, which includes the Bronze, God Warriors, Olympian Gods, Hades' Specters, & MORE). It could be fan-made(?) but it's just too breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL *__* <3<3<3 Apollo's would be my most favourite~ *gasp* >o<

And so, it's WORTH ALL THAT TROUBLE LUGGING THESE 4 HEAVY THICK-COVER BOOKS AROUND TIMESQUARE & ALL THE WAAAAAY BACK MYSELF..!!! #__# 'Cos.. sigh, I wasn't offered any 'manly help' from the guys AT ALL (except 1 who eventually left early) ... Sad =A=; Guys these days... Oye Oye~

Layout switch. New artbooks, Luffy figs.

Switched layout to one of blogger's for a change.
My Amazon.jp orders arrived at my office yesterday (Thursday)! Thanks to Lynling for receiving it for me since I went out for a long lunch >w<; What I bought: Artworks of Guilty Gear X 2000-2007, Jewel (Higuri You's 2nd artbook), and Minako Iwasaki's Artworks book. The other 8 books are all Pea's!

This is the Artworks of GGX 2000-2007 artbook, and I really *LOVE* the cover! >_< (the illust, the texture, design). Simple & verrry cool. 19 new illustrations + 5 pages of sketch works + 1 page of 'extra' + 4 pages of a step-by-step process of how Daisuke Ishiwatari illustrate. Well, I guess that's the differences between this and the previous GGX 2000-2004 artbook. And I'm darn happy to own this! >w< *molests cover* <3

Next, I managed to get my hands on 3 Luffy figurines from Y!Taiwan Auction, very much thanks to Amber for all the help~! m(__)m YES! I finally got that POP 3 Luffy figurine! (middle) The left most is POP 1 (smiling Luffy), right most POP 2 (serious Luffy - so bishie desu!!) >o<

Went for Ratatouille during the Merdeka celebration. Amazing animation @.@ I'd want to watch it again. Remy is sooo cute! (and so is his bro) XD
